Summary: Nice little spot to stay in for lake trips. VERY clean, very nice inside. Great host. (For guys towing a boat) this might be difficult to turn around if rainy or wet ground. Would like to see a gravel turn around. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Summary: Doesn’t sleep 4 comfortably. The bed was comfort. The futon and love seat not at all comfortable. The water was cold until i found the tankless and increased by at least 40 degrees. There were no pot holders in the tiny kitchen. The fire pit was inviting except for the bugs since the yard was not mowed. Other than those few things it was a please stay. Thank
